Most B2B companies rent an agency every month and own nothing at the end.
We build the GTM system underneath the activity, hand it over, and let the engine compound after we leave. We're lean, fast, and obsessed with what actually works — not what looks good on a slide.
The Role
You'll be our first GTM Engineer — working directly with both founders, no management layers, no hand-holding.
The stack is built.
Your job is to scale it: across clients, across systems, and across the team we'll build around you.
You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution — part outbound architect, part technical operator, part client lead.
You'll own client engagements end to end: building the GTM infrastructure they'll keep forever, not renting them a campaign that disappears when the contract ends.
The Opportunity
You're not joining a company figuring things out. The foundations are there — documented systems, active clients, a repeatable model. What we need now is someone to scale it.
In a matter of months, you'll have hands-on experience across the entire GTM stack — knowledge that normally takes years to build. You'll lead client projects from day one, shape the internal systems we run on, and eventually build the team around you.
By end of 2026, you'll be one of the most technical GTM professionals in the space.
What You'll Do
- Understand each client's business deeply enough to know how to execute their GTM strategy.
- Advise clients on which GTM plays to run and which tools fit their stage and challenges.
- Build and maintain Clay workflows from day one — for clients and for Reverrr's own systems.
- Map TAM, build ICP models, and create account and contact lists with advanced segmentation — firmographics, technographics, and buying signals.
- Track 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party signals based on each client's stage and ICP. Route the right accounts at the right moment.
- Score and prioritize accounts based on readiness and engagement levels.
- Enrich accounts at depth — automate the research that used to require a human for every row.
- Design and launch multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold email + LinkedIn) across multiple client accounts.
- Continuously optimize campaigns — A/B test sequences, subject lines, CTAs, and targeting. Monitor deliverability and engagement proactively, analyze results, report back to clients with clarity, and iterate based on data — not gut feel.
- Own client engagements end to end: primary point of contact, managing expectations, and delivering results. Lead weekly client calls with clarity and professionalism. Manage projects in Notion and Slack.
- Contribute to Reverrr's internal library of plays, SOPs, and documentation. If you build it, you document it.
- Build your presence on LinkedIn. We have a documented system that works and we'll help you get started — but we expect every team member to own their voice in this space.
You're a Fit If
- 2–4 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Sales Ops, RevOps or similar (open to less if your Clay skills and results speak for themselves).
- Experience in a high-velocity SaaS company or agency.
- Clay 9/10+. Non-negotiable. You've built complex workflows in production — not just played around in sandbox.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and new GTM tools. There's new software every week — we need someone who stays on top of it.
- "Everything is figureoutable" mindset. You take ownership, follow through, and don't wait to be told what to do next.
- You communicate clearly — with clients, in async Slack threads, and in writing.
- Spanish and English at professional level. Our clients are in Spain and LATAM.
- Strong Expertise with HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience with n8n is a plus
